4th Annual: Cocktails & Castoffs
The theme is “Food Waste and Loss.” While the US struggles with food waste at the end of the supply chain, meaning the food we don’t buy or buy and don’t eat, food loss is a bigger problem in Africa.
In addition to inspiring food and festive atmosphere, the event will provide guests with opportunities to to learn what they can do locally and what DIG is doing globally to make a difference.

Last Year's EventLast year Cocktails and Castoffs featured innovative dishes by Linton Hopkins (Eugene, Holeman & Finch, Café at Linton’s in the Botanical Gardens, H&F Burger, The Bread Box), the late Angus Brown, Kevin Clark (Home Grown), Yoshifusa Kinjo (Nakato), Tiffanie Barriere - our all-star barista, Savannah Sasser and Kamal Grant(Sublime Doughnuts).
